Smoking is allowed outside or in the backyard. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur a $150 cleaning fee. ☆ Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Excessive noise outside these hours may result in a $100 fine and could lead to county fines or permit issues. ☆ Tampering with the owner's closet or security camera is prohibited and will result in a $100 fee. ☆ Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out will incur additional fees due to impact on the cleaning schedule. ☆ Excessive hot tub dirtiness requiring drainage or affecting the next guest will incur an extra cleaning fee. ☆ Leaving excessive garbage or dirty dishes will result in additional cleaning fees. ☆ Personal Items Left on Property ☆ Before leaving, thoroughly check for personal belongings. Guests will have private access to the entire property with reliable high-speed internet throughout. Flat-screen TVs are equipped with streaming services. Parking is available next to the house, ensuring no issues with finding a spot. Keyless entry via a keypad at the front door, with the code provided 48 hours before arrival and changed after each guest. We offer a complimentary starter pack with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. Please bring additional items for your stay. The house is accessible via GPS, which may route you down some dirt roads. Use caution during heavy rain. For your security, a Ring Flood Light camera is located at the front of the house facing the parking area and entrance. There are no cameras inside the property.
